Public Update #56

 Public Update #56

First of all, welcome to the this "blog". We will be putting all of our future updates here as well as some other stuff. Here is update number #56.

Graves

More often than not, you will find yourself picking up after yourself, sometimes from accidents and sometimes from being covered with bullets.

This addition will make picking up after yourself much easier, as well as picking up after others 😉. From now on, when you die your belongings will be put in a grave exactly where you died (yes, including lava). Which means there is always chance of recovery now, in fact, you have 7 days of recovery, so no more worrying about it despawning for quite a while.
Upon dying, you will receive information about where you died, the world you died in, as well as a handy compass to guide you to where you died. (This is actually the best solution, as some people use death waypoint mods, which is fine, but others do not). When arriving at your grave, you will be able to dig it up and find your loot. Other players can also dig up your grave, and take your belongings or anything they choose out of it. You can have maximum of 10 graves per time, so you may want to think about clearing your previous graves if you are dying a lot.

Rule change

A new rule has been added to limit the amount that can be stolen off a player when, for example, at gunpoint. The rule reads as follows; "You can only rob someone $5000 from their /bal, I.E having them /withdraw or /pay. If they are carrying cash notes you can rob as much as you want." This means if you decide to tell someone to stick them up, and give them all they have, they cannot lie and pay you LESS if they have the $5000+, they must pay the maximum of $5000. If someone already has cash notes on them at the time of robbing them, they must also hand them over. The plan in the future is to have this a much more polished experience by having it command/item based instead of RP, but as of right now it will be heavily-moderated still to prevent any kind of rp rule breaks.

Rules will also keep expanding by definition as the server grows as we value the interactions and conflict that is had. If you are not sure on a rule before you plan to do something, feel free to ask any staff.
